Alongside BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, DOGE, ADA, BNB and SOL, you can use USDT and USDC. For USDT, we support ERC-20, TRC-20, Solana, BEP20 and Polygon; for USDC, we support ERC-20. The currency, receiving address and network must match your transfer. Using the wrong network can result in the loss of your deposit.
A deposit must receive confirmations on the relevant blockchain network before it can be credited. Network fees and exchange rates may affect the amount credited. If your crypto deposit is missing, the transaction ID and network used will help us investigate.
