Eligibility and player accounts
You must be at least 18 to play, and online gambling must be legal where you are located. If the legal minimum age where you live is higher, that age applies. You must not get around country restrictions by providing false information.
Each person may have only one personal player account. Your registration details must be accurate, and nobody else may use your account. Multiple accounts, false information or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payment methods must be registered in the account holder’s name. The general minimum deposit is CHF 10. The standard minimum withdrawal is CHF 10, although some payment methods have higher minimums. For bank transfers, the minimum is generally CHF 500.
Before withdrawing, a deposit must be wagered at least three times on casino and live casino games. The general withdrawal limits are CHF 4’000 per day, CHF 16’000 per week and CHF 50’000 per month. Payment-method limits also apply, and certain promotions and VIP tiers may have different terms. Progressive jackpot winnings are paid out in full.
Additional deposit limits and withdrawal limits apply depending on the payment method.
Identity verification
Before a withdrawal is approved, you may be asked for valid ID, proof of your payment method and proof of address dated within the last three months. Further documents may be needed depending on the checks. The details must match your player account. A withdrawal may be held or cancelled while verification is in progress.
Bonus funds
Only one bonus can be active at a time. Deposit bonuses and free-spin winnings generally carry a 40× wagering requirement. With an active bonus, the maximum bet is CHF 5 per round unless the promotion states otherwise.
Table games and live casino games do not contribute towards bonus wagering. Jackpot games and certain slots are also excluded. If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. Each offer also has its own bonus terms, including deadlines and eligibility requirements.
Inactive accounts and complaints
After twelve months without logging in, a monthly administration fee of CHF 10 may be charged on an inactive account. The fee cannot exceed the available balance. It stops once the account is used again or the balance reaches zero.
Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. If customer support cannot resolve an issue, it is escalated internally. Customer support is also available via live chat.
Governing law
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. If language versions differ, the English version takes precedence.
